Including e-mail, calendar, intranet and Internet sites as well as document management, may be purchased from the cloud services. Cloud services refers to the transition from the purchase of software programs to use Internet services on monthly payments. Benefits include services, rapid deployment and reliability. They can be purchased if necessary and does not need to buy a license for "stock".
